San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has received an offer from Nevada following his arrest in Ohio over the weekend.
York, the owner of the 49ers, was arrested on prostitution charges in East Palestine, Ohio. Charges were later dropped to a lesser charge, after he pleaded no-contest. Details from the arrest emerged from the police report.
“In the report, officers with the Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force wrote that York identified himself as a man named ‘Joe’ in response to the ad, which was posted by an undercover officer posing as a woman on a ‘known prostitution web site,'” ESPN reported.
“York contacted the undercover officer twice Saturday with no response before the undercover officer responded to a third message sent Sunday and offered to meet that morning in East Palestine, Ohio, according to the incident report.”

Following his arrest, York – who had previously separated from his wife – has received an offer from Nevada, on how to legally engage in prostitution.
TMZ Sports had the details.
“Dena Duff — the Madam and GM for Sheri’s Ranch Brothel in Pahrump — tells TMZ … the brothel would like to offer Jed, his fellow NFL owners and players, some lessons on how to legally hire sex workers,” TMZ Sports reported.
Offer issued to 49ers owner
The state of Nevada has licensed brothels.
“Nevada’s licensed brothels offer something an NFL owner should appreciate: a legal, regulated environment where discretion and privacy are paramount. Sheri’s would be happy to host Jed, along with any interested NFL owners and players, for a seminar on how Nevada’s legal brothel system works, why discretion is such an important part of the business and, frankly, how to do prostitution correctly.”
The 49ers owner has yet to publicly comment on the offer or his arrest.
San Francisco is getting ready to start the season in September.
