2027 and Beyond
The 2027 NFL Draft is already generating enormous anticipation and is widely viewed as one of the strongest draft classes in recent years.
Much of the excitement centers on a potentially loaded quarterback class headlined by Arch Manning of Texas and Dante Moore of Oregon, both of whom are viewed as potential franchise quarterbacks and early contenders for the No. 1 overall pick. Other highly regarded signal-callers include CJ Carr and Julian Sayin, giving NFL teams what could be one of the deepest quarterback groups in years.

Beyond the quarterbacks, scouts are particularly excited about the elite talent at wide receiver and several premium defensive positions. Jeremiah Smith of Ohio State is frequently projected as the top non-quarterback prospect and has drawn comparisons to some of the greatest receiver prospects ever evaluated.
Other marquee names expected to compete for top-10 selection include Texas edge rusher Colin Simmons, Notre Dame cornerback Leonard Moore, South Carolina pass rusher Dylan Stewart, and star receiver Cam Coleman.
The 2028 NFL Draft will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. There's no venue set yet for 2029, but the city of Cincinnati is reportedly speaking to the league about it.
