2026 Fantasy Football Undervalued D/ST
New York Giants D/ST (ADP: DST19)
New York offers more fantasy upside than its ADP price suggests as Brian Burns, Abdul Carter, and Kayvon Thibodeaux -- all first-round picks in their respective draft classes -- give the Giants several capable edge rushers. This year's No. 5 overall selection by New York, linebacker Arvell Reese, joins the other key pieces in the front seven. Nose tackle DJ Reader and Tremaine Edmunds strengthen a defensive front focused on improving against the run. New coordinator Dennard Wilson can use Greg Newsome II, Jevon Holland, and a deeper secondary to create aggressive coverage schemes. More sacks, pressure, and takeaway opportunities give this unit a reasonable path to weekly streaming value.
Tennessee Titans D/ST (ADP: DST25)
Robert Saleh will call the defensive plays after Tennessee added John Franklin-Myers, Cor’Dale Flott, Alontae Taylor, and Jermaine Johnson II to build around star tackle Jeffery Simmons. The franchise invested a Round 1 pick on pass-rusher Keldric Faulk, and second-round linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. provides range in the middle. More than half of the starting lineup is poised to change, so immediate consistency remains uncertain. The revamped front and Saleh’s defensive pedigree provide enough potential for the Titans to outperform expectations. Track Tennessee's early-season progress and roster accordingly if a bye-week replacement is needed.
Carolina Panthers D/ST (ADP: DST26)
Carolina added Jaelan Phillips to strengthen the pass rush and Devin Lloyd to improve range and coverage at linebacker. The Panthers already climbed from the bottom of the league toward the middle of the defensive rankings before those additions. DST26 carries almost no draft cost, making Carolina an appealing streaming option off the wire with a credible chance for increased sacks and takeaways.
Las Vegas Raiders D/ST (ADP: DST29)
Greater consistency under former Raiders defensive assistant turned coordinator Rob Leonard could lead to more dependable fantasy production, but it's the revamped personnel that should catch your attention. Vegas added pass-rusher Kwity Paye, cornerback Taron Johnson, and a pair of linebackers in Nakobe Dean and Quay Walker. Maxx Crosby sticks around after a failed trade attempt, and the Raiders invested six picks on this side of the ball in April's draft. Improved offensive support would provide better field position and more opportunities for the defense to attack obvious passing situations, but drafting this unit is asking a bit much, especially in such a tough division.
